Dr. Tugce Baser is a COO at Kline Design + Build, also an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Saint Louis University, where she specializes in civil engineering design. Her expertise centers on topics such as geothermal energy systems and foundation design. At Kline Design + Build Dr. Baser's role is operational oversight, strategic planning and execution, and financial management of the projects. Her dual role in academia and industry uniquely positions her to bridge cutting-edge real-world execution—driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in every project she leads. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego in structural engineering.
